Once you have it running on your computer, give us a call and a technician will connect to your computer system and diagnose or fix any problems you may be having.
Our remote support software is a small file that only runs when you want it to. After the technician has finished resolving your problem, the software automatically disconnects and we cannot access your computer again unless you open the software.
