If you've used us before you'll know how easy it is to get in contact with us. For those who haven't - we're only a phonecall or e-mail away.

We're not plumbers; so you won't be kept waiting! When we give you a time to come and see you, we'll be there at that time.

If we tell you we're getting a replacement part for you within 24 hours, we'll get you that part within our promised time.

No jokes, no messing about. We'll do what we say, when we say.

We are: Fast

If your network changes or a computer goes offline, we'll respond to your problem quickly and efficiently. If you call within our office hours, we'll acknowledge your fault within minutes.

If the issue is severe, we'll send a technician out to you there and then.

We are: Honest

If something's not working the way it should, we'll be honest about it. Our technicians won't tell you that they're "off to the van for a part" and never return!

Sometimes we can't replace your part within our usual 8 hour timeslot. If this happens, our technicians will let you know, and suggest a temporary alternative until the next day.

We are: Flexible

If your network grows, we'll update your contract and make sure you're getting the best possible service and cover from us.

If you open a new office, guess what? We'll be there to help you along the way!
