Ad-Hoc Support

Our ad-hoc support is best suited to businesses who very rarely have to call upon a computer support technician to assist them in their day-to-day operations. Our ad-hoc support is a flat fee on an hourly basis.

Our basic ad-hoc on-site support service costs just £50 per hour (plus VAT).

Our remote support ad-hoc service is just £25 per hour (plus VAT). And our telephone support ad-hoc service is just £20 per hour (plus VAT).

If you have never used our remote support service before, you will need our remote support software.

Remember: our ad-hoc support service will work out more expensive if you have to regularly call upon a technician to support your network and computer systems. If your network goes down, or a computer crashes, having only basic ad-hoc support will be much less economical for you and your business.
