Our Basic Support package covers support issues during normal business hours. These are between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. Bank and Public Holidays are excluded from the Basic Support service.

There are no restrictions on the number of support calls, or remote requests you can have. You can cancel the agreement at any time, without additional costs.

Costs

The standard charge for the Basic Support package is:

    only £20 per month (plus VAT) per Desktop/Laptop computer.

    only £30 per month (plus VAT) per Server.

If you have more than 5 devices, please call us for a more cost-effective quote.
