In Detail
Our Full Support package covers support issues during normal business hours. These are between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. Bank and Public Holidays are excluded from the Full Support service.

There are no restrictions on the number of support calls, remote requests, or on-site visits you can have. However, we will only send out a technician for an on-site visit if we cannot resolve the problem remotely or via the telephone.

Basic Cost
The basic cost for the Full Support package is charged at:

    £40 per month (plus VAT) per Desktop/Laptop computer.
    £60 per month (plus VAT) per Server.

If you have more than 5 devices, please call us for a more cost-effective quote.

Add On Services
In addition to the Full Support service, you can choose to add on our Emergency Response Service and our 24/7 Service.

A guarantee that we’ll be on site (if remote and telephone support is unable to resolve the issue) within 3 hours.

The Emergency Response Service costs an additional £100 per month for every 5 machines.

24/7 Service (click here for detailed information)
Day or Night and including holidays, we’ll be there to resolve your problems 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The 24/7 Service costs an additional £250 per month for every 5 machines.
